Occupational safety

For us, the protection of our employees has top priority. That is why we attach great importance to complying with all statutory regulations on occupational safety. We want to protect our employees from occupational accidents and health risks.

In addition, we attach great importance to operating instructions and safety briefings. Every employee receives clear instructions on how to act and receives regular training on safety-related topics. We attach great importance in ensuring that each individual employee is aware of potential hazards and knows how to react in an emergency.

Another important component is training as a first aider and as a fire and evacuation helper. In emergency situations, every second counts, which is why it is important to us that as many of our employees as possible are qualified to act quickly and professionally in an emergency.

In addition, we ensure that our electrical systems are regularly inspected, both fixed and mobile systems. In this way, we ensure that no hazards arise from electrical current.

An important factor in our occupational safety concept is also the regular exchange of information in the Occupational Safety Committee. Representatives from all departments meet here to discuss possible risks and work out measures to improve occupational safety.

We are proud of the fact that we set high standards in all these areas and are continuously improving. After all, we can only be successful together if all employees feel safe and stay healthy.

Protection of personal data

The protection of personal data is also an important concern for us and we are intensively addressing the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).
To ensure that we comply with all data protection requirements, we have appointed a data protection officer. This person advises us on all data protection issues and ensures that we comply with the legal requirements.

We only collect and process personal data if this is permitted by law or if the person concerned has consented. In doing so, we ensure that we only collect the data that is necessary for the respective purpose.

Our employees are bound to secrecy and to compliance with data protection laws. We also conduct regular training sessions to raise awareness of data protection.
Should a data protection incident occur despite our precautions, we will immediately take all necessary steps to analyze the incident and take appropriate measures.
